Ingredients
  1. 350g dried mein noodles
  2. 20 prawns, peeled and deveined
  3. 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  4. 2 tablespoons canola oil
  5. 1 cabbage head, shredded
  6. 1 small onion, sliced
  7. 100g broccoli florets
  8. 100g button mushrooms, sliced
  9. 75ml oyster sauce
  10. 1 scallion, sliced thinly
Instructions
  1. Cook noodles according to package directions. Stir with 1 teaspoon of sesame oil when cooked to prevent from sticking.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 teaspoons and 2 teaspoons of canola oil until hot, sauté onion and broccoli for the first for 2 minutes, now add cabbage and mushrooms and cook for 2 further minutes.
  3. Add oyster sauce and cook for a further 2 minutes. Add some water if pan becomes too dry.
  4. Serve on plates and sprinkle with green onion slices.
