For the BBQ Sauce
  1. 480ml tomato ketchup
  2. 120ml water
  3. 90ml apple cider vinegar
  4. 110g brown sugar
  5. 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  6. 1-teaspoon cayenne powder
  7. 2 slabs baby back ribs (3lbs)
  8. Salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 150°C
  2. Place ribs on baking sheets lined with tin foil, season well with salt and pepper. Place ribs in oven for 2.5 hours.
  3. Meanwhile ribs are baking, place all BBQ sauce ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 30 minutes or until it becomes slightly thick and covers back of spoon. Set aside.
  4. Baste the ribs every 30 minutes with the sauce while they cook until cooking time is done.
  5. At this point when they are cooked you can throw them on a bbq for about 3-5 minutes to get a nice char on them or you can just place them under the grill for a few minutes to brown up the tops.
  6. Enjoy with lots of paper napkins with extra sauce on the side.

For anyone who knows me knows that I love ribs, its one of those foods I would choose before I die. After the roasting and basting of the sauce it brings so much flavor out in them…finger licking good stuff
