Halibut I find is one of my favorite fish to cook with, it is versatile great for sautéing or grilling. It has a mild flavor and has great versatility. You can substitute halibut for a lot of fish and actually for chicken dishes. This recipe has a few elements to it but any butter or herb Pistou left over is great to spread on basically anything.
I grew up with my parents’ cooking us breakfast meals for dinner. A big fry up with fresh soda bread for example, nothing could beat that. Here is my simple treat I like to have for both breakfast and Dinner.
This are truly the best brownies out there, by melting the chocolate first leaves you with a moist result and by adding almonds and walnuts gives you a wonderful chewy texture. This one is a keeper people.
