Ingredients
  1. 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
  2. 1 1/2 cups corn
  3. 3/4 cup FRANK's Hot Sauce
  4. 1 head romaine lettuce, shredded
  5. 8 corn tortillas
  6. 1 avocado, cubed
  7. 1 bottle Blue Cheese dressing
  8. 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  9. Garnish: Limes, Cilantro leaves and green onions
Instructions
  1. Shred rotisserie chicken, set aside.
  2. Fill a large cast iron pan with the corn and dry roast until browned.
  3. Add hot sauce to chicken and combine.
  4. Assemble Tacos. Tortilla, lettuce, chicken, corn, avocado, blue cheese dressing, blue cheese.
  5. Sprinkle with green onion, cilantro and a squeeze of lime.
