Ingredients
  1. 3 slices thick cut rashers/bacon
  2. 2 slices Swiss cheese
  3. 2 thick slices of rustic bread, toasted and warm
  4. 1-tablespoon mayo
  5. 2 slices tomato
  6. 2 leaves of your favorite lettuce
  7. 1 pat of butter
  8. 1 egg
Instructions
  1. In a non stick pan, cook off the bacon until crisp
  2. Place cheese on one side of the toasted bread, spread mayo on top of other slice of bread and place bacon on top, followed by lettuce and tomato.
  3. In another saucepan, melt butter and fry egg to your liking.
  4. Place egg on tomato, close up the sandwich and eat.
