  1. 135 g slivered almonds
  2. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  3. 1-tablespoon honey
  4. 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  5. 60 ml balsamic vinegar
  6. 25 g brown sugar
  7. 240 ml Extra Virgin Olive oil
  8. 4 handfuls spinach
  9. 355 g fresh strawberries, sliced
  10. 250 g crumbled feta cheese
  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, toast the almonds for about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat, and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, prepare the dressing by whisking together the garlic, honey, Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, and oil.
  3. In a large bowl, toss together the toasted almonds, spinach, strawberries, and feta cheese. Cover with the dressing mixture, and toss to serve.
