A personal invitation
I grew up in Ireland, so taking you there is personal. It’s a chance to share the country that shaped me: the food, the people, the scenery and the warm welcome that makes it feel like home.
The idea is simple. Bring together a small group of people who love a good meal, a local story and a laugh along the way. Keep it relaxed. Make room for the big views and the little discoveries. Spend time together, rather than rushing from one photo stop to the next.
I’m planning another Ireland trip for 2027. While the details take shape, here’s a little taste of the kind of experience I want to share with you.

The spirit of the trip
I’m a chef, so food is always part of the conversation. Think local flavors, a proper fish supper and meals that give everyone a chance to settle in and get to know each other. The places and menus will come with the confirmed itinerary.
Ireland has plenty to look at. Dramatic coastlines, lively streets, old buildings with stories to tell. The plan is to bring food and local culture together, with room to enjoy where we are.
The people make the trip. Shared tables, conversations on a walk and laughs at the end of the day are every bit as much a part of it as the scenery. That friendly, personal feeling is what I want to carry into the next adventure.
